My name is Alice Sparks
I have been involved in financial services for over 15 years. My main role before I opened my own ltd company was at a Private banking serving clients where I was there for 11 years.  My major achievement was when I was able to prospect up to £240M of cash to invest in the bank. I gained my regulated mortgage qualification and served developers with their drawdowns and new loans.

Working full time and being a single mother did not serve me, when I had children my life changed and I wanted more and did not really enjoy discretionary bonuses any more and so I wanted to carve out my journey and provide my own bonuses and take my children top school that journey to and from the classroom was important so that I
could check-in that they were happy.

My passion is to help people succeed in property and make the best that they can by using other people’s money and be creative in their journey.  To help others not make the same mistakes as me in their business.  I love the quickness of bridging loans and the fact that people can make great money.  I love to get things done and completing loans quickly is something I thrive on.

I have also decided to support a brand new cash-rich property developer in the commercial to residential space to really see from the other side the process and the market out there and to step more in the shoes of the developer so I can serve my clients better.
